Sales Account Executive

Job description

As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and helping clients unlock the potential of cloud and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers to understand their business objectives and challenges. Establish rapport and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all products and service offerings from the Cloud Office portfolio, staying updated on the latest features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions that align with customers' requirements and objectives.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing leads, prospects, and opportunities through various channels, including emails, and networking.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase how Cloud Office’s solutions can address specific customer challenges and deliver value.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, handle objections, and work towards closing deals. Ensure all contractual and pricing details are accurately communicated to customers.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture existing customer relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position Cloud Office solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Country Head or Managing Director. 
  • Demonstrated success in business development, revenue growth, and market expansion. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and the IT industry. 
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Fluent in Greek and English.

Customer Engineer

Job description

Joining Cloud Office you’ll have the opportunity to work with various customers (predominantly digital native companies) to help and support their Google Cloud journey. Typical cases you’ll be involved into are:

  • Customer activities
  • Discovery of existing infrastructure and setup
  • Ensure technical win by showcasing objectively Google Cloud technology advantages
  • Create and potentially execute or consult migration to Google Cloud from legacy solution
  • Existing customers
  • Extend consultancy in infrastructure modernization and movements towards managed services, serverless solutions to achieve cost and performance optimization
  • Be the Google Cloud trusted advisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend migration strategies, enterprise architectures, migration tools, and cloud infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
  • Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions leveraging a sophisticated set of technical competences.
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.
  • Manage the technical relationship with Cloud Office’s customers, including managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience as a technical engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in one of the following: cloud migration, disaster recovery, application/servers assessment and discovery.
  • Experience in advanced areas of networking, including Linux, software-defined networking, network virtualization, open protocols, application acceleration and load balancing, DNS, virtual private networks and their application to PaaS and IaaS technologies.
  • Ability and interest to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.
  • Experience in data centre architectures and components.

Cloud DevOps Engineer

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise (3+ years) as a technical engineer in a cloud computing environment like AWS and Google Cloud. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of container technologies, including Docker, and understanding of Kubernetes architecture.
  • Solid proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
  • Experience in cloud enablement and migration projects, as well as hybrid cloud setups.
  • Fundamental cloud networking and security knowledge, including security best practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools for seamless software delivery.

  • Previous DevOps experience will be considered an advantage.
  • GCP certifications preferred; Azure and AWS certifications will be considered an advantage.

  • Play a significant role in hybrid cloud setups, enabling seamless integration between on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
  • Provide technical mentorship, collaborating closely with the team and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging cloud technologies and methodologies, quickly learning and adapting to new tools and frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in cloud environments, applying problem-solving skills to enhance performance and optimization.
